About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a prestigious café concept in Riyadh. This full‑time role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a high‑performance team culture, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and brand compliance.
- Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract customers.
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Proven senior management experience in a premium food‑and‑beverage environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
- Excellent leadership and team‑development abilities.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
