Graphic Designer (Training & Development)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our Training & Development team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for producing visual, training, presentation, and digital assets that reflect our brand identity and support learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with the organization’s brand.
• Design presentations, training materials, and communication assets.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all platforms and media.
• Prepare files for both digital and print production.
• Edit and enhance images as needed.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
