Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven, creative Growth Marketing Manager to own and shape Boutiqaat’s digital marketing strategy. You will plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive traffic, conversions and brand affinity across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch integrated digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, social, email, display, etc.) aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse performance metrics, optimise ROI and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee content creation, manage editorial calendars and ensure consistent brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide digital support and generate qualified leads.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of SEO specialists, social media managers and content creators.
• Manage social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X/Twitter, YouTube) and maintain a strong online presence.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROI, traffic and engagement; report insights to senior management.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends.
• Control the digital marketing budget and allocate spend across channels.
• Drive traffic to website and mobile app through SEO, PPC and performance marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 9–12 years of digital marketing experience, including 3–4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a performance‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
