Guest Experience Coordinator – Luxury Wellness Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our luxury wellness and clinic environment. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage bookings, appointments, rescheduling, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with therapists, clinicians, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records and update guest profiles.
• Support upselling and cross‑selling of services and wellness packages.
• Process payments, billing, and daily front‑desk operations.
• Ensure reception and waiting areas remain organized and presentable.
• Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement of guest experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in front‑desk, guest relations, or customer service roles.
• Previous experience in wellness clinics, spas, hospitality, or healthcare environments is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking systems.
• Experience using CRM software.
