About the role

The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable and unique stays for hotel guests in Jeddah. You will guide guests throughout their visit, handling requests, operational needs, and sharing local highlights to ensure every interaction feels part of the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services from check‑in to check‑out.
• Process operational tasks and complete daily reports.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide local area information.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect assets.
• Uphold quality standards, professional appearance, and clear communication.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and perform light physical tasks.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and company standards.
