About the role

The Guest Experience Expert at Marriott in Makkah creates memorable, seamless stays for guests by delivering personalized service throughout their visit. This full‑time, on‑site position is open to Saudi nationals and requires a high school education with no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through check‑in, stay, and check‑out processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance guest enjoyment.
• Maintain a safe, professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Saudi national (as specified).
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift light objects.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
