Hard Services Manager – Facility Operations Lead

About the role

Alkholi is seeking a Hard Services Manager to lead the daily operation and maintenance of its facilities in Riyadh. You will ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for employees and visitors while driving continuous improvement across all hard‑service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hard services operations, guaranteeing reliable facility performance.
• Design and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to meet quality and schedule requirements.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and enforce safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage the hard‑services budget, delivering cost‑effective solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff.
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and analyse trends for strategic decisions.
• Implement energy‑efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs.
