Hard Services Supervisor – Facilities Management

About the role

Azure is seeking a Hard Services Supervisor to lead its Facilities Management team in Riyadh. The role focuses on overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of critical building systems while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate technical teams responsible for electrical, electro‑mechanical, HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all facilities.
• Monitor and optimize Building Management System (BMS) performance.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service delivery and project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Hard Services Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Hands‑on experience with HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance and site operations.
• Experience supervising technical teams and managing facilities‑related operations.
