HCS Delivery Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HCS Delivery Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for on‑site delivery of Huawei Cloud Stack projects, covering requirements alignment, low‑level design, platform deployment, acceptance testing and handover to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle HCS project delivery, from requirements to handover.
• Manage HCS version upgrades, capacity expansion, resource scaling and live network changes.
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues, coordinate with Huawei R&D teams and drive resolutions.
• Monitor live network risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure service continuity.
• Maintain close communication with customer technical teams and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least two full‑cycle HCS delivery projects completed independently.
• Experience with live network change management and risk control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for 1–2 years.
• English proficiency required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with core HCS services: ECS, EVS, VPC, ELB, OBS, CCE.
• Solid understanding of low‑level design, network planning, hardware racking, platform deployment and acceptance testing.
