Head Chef – Lead Kitchen Operations

About the role

Le Café LPM is opening a new neighbourhood café in Al Khobar, blending French Riviera spirit with modern urban dining. As Head Chef you will own the daily kitchen operations, translate the brand’s culinary concept into consistent, high‑quality dishes, and lead a diverse brigade.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all kitchen activities, ensuring food preparation meets brand standards and seasonal menus.
• Recruit, train, motivate and develop kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Control food costs, manage portion sizes, and minimise waste while maintaining profitability.
• Oversee supplier selection, purchasing, and inventory to guarantee fresh, premium ingredients.
• Maintain rigorous quality, hygiene and safety standards in line with local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in French‑Mediterranean or similar cuisine, preferably in a senior kitchen role.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high‑performing teams.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
