Health Safety Environment Officer – Eastern Province

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Dammam. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE regulations while fostering a safe and healthy workplace across our operations and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to verify compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near‑misses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and contractors.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor contractor and employee compliance with safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to health, safety, and environmental performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HSE, safety, or related roles.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dammam.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
