Helpdesk Operator (Saudi National)

About the role

As a Helpdesk Operator you will be the first point of contact for users, providing operational and technical support for IT, ITS and facilities related queries. You will ensure incidents are logged, tracked and resolved quickly to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and manage incidents and service requests through the helpdesk system.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for IT, ITS and facilities issues.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams and monitor progress.
• Close tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and keep records up‑to‑date.
• Support reporting on system performance and recurring issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for IT systems and applications.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
