About the role

The Hospital Managing Director will lead all operational and strategic functions of a post‑acute healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day hospital operations to guarantee smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Foster cross‑departmental collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics and quality indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with staff, external partners and key stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives for staff development, retention and organisational culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in financial planning and operational management.
• Excellent leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A relevant degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
