Housekeeping Specialist

About the role

Rateeb Services is a housekeeping service company that prepares short‑term rental properties for guests in Jeddah. The Housekeeping Specialist works in a two‑person team, travelling across the city to clean and ready each unit between stays. The role is field‑based with no direct guest contact.

Key responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and other spaces following Rateeb’s checklists.
• Make beds, change linens and towels, and restock toiletries and guest supplies.
• Remove waste and ensure proper disposal.
• Inspect each property after cleaning to confirm readiness for the next guest.
• Take required photos of the finished property.
• Report missing or damaged items, maintenance issues and inventory discrepancies.
• Follow property‑specific instructions and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Drive a small manual‑transmission minivan between properties, adhering to safety and company transportation policies.

Required profile

• Male candidates.
• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, hotel housekeeping or as a room attendant.
• Experience with short‑term rental or hotel cleaning is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to safely operate a manual‑transmission minivan.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a two‑person team and follow schedules.
