Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the internal housekeeping operations of a high‑end residential complex in Riyadh. The role ensures that all residential units, common areas and back‑of‑house spaces meet five‑star hotel standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping team.
• Inspect residential units, common areas and service areas to maintain five‑star standards.
• Prepare daily cleaning assignments and schedules.
• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen and inventory.
• Train team members on cleaning procedures, grooming and service standards.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up until resolution.
• Handle resident requests professionally and discreetly.
• Maintain inspection checklists, operational reports and ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a five‑star hotel, luxury residential complex, serviced residence or private residence.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and quality inspections.
• Excellent leadership, organization and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
• Professional appearance with a discreet and respectful manner.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Immediate availability and currently based in Riyadh or able to relocate immediately.
• Valid, transferable Iqama for non‑Saudi applicants.
