HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the HRMS across Apparel Group’s operations in Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical expertise with HR process knowledge to ensure the system meets business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure HRMS software according to business needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve unexpected results.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and document investigations and design solutions.
• Review, test and apply HRMS upgrades, patches and new modules.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits of employee and organization information.
• Collaborate with payroll, accounting, projects and other HRMS users to align processes.
• Support system administration tasks and follow defined project processes.
• Deliver reports, technical documentation and conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and perform any other duties assigned.

Required profile

• Experience with HRMS implementation and configuration.
• Ability to analyse problems, perform troubleshooting and make decisions.
• Familiarity with system administration and data audit processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (Payroll, Accounting, Projects).
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and continuous learning.
