About the role

Join Amazon's HR Operations team as an HR Business Partner in Riyadh. This individual‑contributor role partners with business leaders and employees across the Customer Fulfilment network, driving people strategies that improve performance, talent development, and the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead country‑wide feedback initiatives, including data reviews, roundtables, and pulse surveys.
• Navigate complex employee situations, balancing advocacy, compliance, and business impact.
• Implement recognition programs and champion inclusion and belonging initiatives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on sensitive people issues and complex decision‑making.
• Use data analytics to inform decisions and uncover root causes of organizational challenges.
• Support change and transformation projects across the region.
• Drive standard work excellence and ensure process consistency.
• Escalate structural, cultural, or systemic risks that affect the employee population.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience in an international, fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law.
• Experience in call‑center, distribution‑center, or manufacturing settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Individual contributor mindset – no people‑management responsibilities.
