About the role
The HR & Government Relations Officer will oversee all HR processes and manage interactions with Saudi government portals. The role ensures compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and local regulations while supporting employee lifecycle activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and personnel file management.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, warning letters, and other documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, payroll coordination, and final settlements.
- Address employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, and provide HR support.
- Operate Saudi government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, Chamber of Commerce) for iqama issuance, work permits, Saudization, labor transfers, and visa processes.
- Coordinate medical insurance, employee benefits, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce monthly HR reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government portals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently on HR and government‑related tasks.
- Saudi national; female candidates are encouraged to apply.
