About the role
We are seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Supervisor to lead the full recruitment lifecycle and support our expanding team. The successful candidate will ensure a professional, efficient hiring experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Source and shortlist qualified candidates across multiple channels.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to offer.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Prepare and maintain job posts and an up‑to‑date candidate database.
- Guarantee a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding transition.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor platforms is a plus.
