HR Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join Proger’s Human Resources team in Riyadh. The role will support daily HR operations, full‑life‑cycle recruitment, employee onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager, HR Manager and senior management to implement HR initiatives.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle – recruitment, interviews, onboarding, contracts, renewals, training, performance management and off‑boarding – across multiple regions.
• Provide first‑line support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Ensure HR processes comply with Saudi labour laws, international regulations and internal standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with local and international teams.
• Experience handling HR operations in a multi‑country environment.
• Good understanding of Saudi labour legislation and international HR standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) for data tracking and reporting.
