HSE Data, Systems & Reporting Lead – NEOM Project

About the role

The HSE Data, Systems & Reporting Lead is responsible for governing HSE data, digital platforms and analytics across NEOM projects, ensuring information used for executive decisions and PIF submissions is accurate, traceable and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Govern and assure the integrity of HSE data and digital platforms across NEOM projects.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for HSE management systems such as Enablon and Intelex, overseeing configuration, access control and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain processes for data collection, verification, validation and quality assurance, acting as the final assurance gate for executive reporting.
• Lead the preparation, verification and submission of Public Investment Fund (PIF) HSE performance reports and executive dashboards.
• Develop and maintain enterprise‑level Power BI dashboards, applying predictive analytics and trend analysis to support proactive risk management.
• Design and implement digital tools and automated workflows to streamline data collection, reconciliation and reporting.
• Support workforce demobilisation and contractor off‑boarding by providing live visibility of transition metrics.
• Partner with project teams and contractors to improve data quality, promote accountability and build capability in data‑driven risk management.

Required profile

• Recognised qualification in occupational health and safety, engineering, data analytics or a related discipline, with a professional safety certification.
• Significant experience in HSE data, systems, assurance or performance reporting within large‑scale construction or high‑risk projects.
• Proven ability to deliver executive‑level dashboards, external reporting and data‑validation processes.
• Experience developing digital applications, automated workflows or integrated reporting solutions.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders under demanding deadlines.
