HSE Supervisor – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

Mowah is seeking an HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across its operations in Jeddah. The role ensures compliance with HSE procedures and promotes a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily HSE activities and monitor compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, reports and incident records.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on safe work practices.
• Coordinate with operational teams to address environmental and safety concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in health, safety and environmental supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to lead HSE teams and promote safety culture.
