HSE Supervisor – Rig Move Operations

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety and environmental activities during rig move operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing dismantling, transportation, and rig‑up while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all HSE aspects of rig move activities, including lifting, load securing, crane operations and transport routes.
• Conduct pre‑job safety meetings, risk assessments (JSA, HIRA) and daily site inspections.
• Maintain incident, near‑miss and safety performance records and prepare reports for management and client representatives.
• Coordinate with rig move supervisors, logistics coordinators and contractors to enforce permit‑to‑work, PPE usage and emergency preparedness.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HSE experience, at least 2 years in rig move operations.
• NEBOSH IGC certification (required) and valid H2S, First Aid and Fire Fighting certifications (preferred).
• Prior experience on Saudi Aramco projects is highly advantageous.
