About the role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR activities for our store operations. The role focuses on employee relations, talent management, performance management and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of HR services to store staff and management.
- Plan and execute recruitment to meet staffing needs promptly.
- Maintain positive employee relations and act as an impartial advocate.
- Ensure employee files and master records comply with company policies.
- Provide regular customised HR reports to management.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Guide and allocate work for the HR team to maximise productivity.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage final settlements.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or store environment.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour and immigration laws.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent judgment, reasoning and ability to balance multiple stakeholder priorities.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with a Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
