Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our operations across Saudi Arabia. The role will work closely with department heads and project managers to align workforce planning with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and project managers to understand operational and workforce needs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, promotions, transfers and retention.
• Support manpower planning, workforce mobilization and employee allocation across projects.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies and HR best practices.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, Saudization, absenteeism and employee engagement.
• Review and update organizational structures, reporting lines and job descriptions.
• Conduct job analysis, support job evaluation, grading and competency frameworks.
• Implement performance management processes, KPIs and development plans.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for corporate, engineering, technical and project‑site positions.
• Develop talent pipelines, monitor recruitment metrics and support Saudization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience covering business partnering, organizational development and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local recruitment practices.
• Proven ability to recruit engineering, technical, managerial and project‑site roles.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
