Human Resources Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Clerk to support our HR team in delivering high‑quality service to employees. The role involves handling documentation, monitoring compliance dates, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, type and process forms, letters and applications for visas, work permits, registrations and renewals in collaboration with the Government Relations Officer.
• Monitor expiry dates of employee documents (passports, visas, licenses) and ensure timely renewals.
• Issue and control employee lockers, maintain related records and produce monthly summaries.
• Provide document copies to employees as requested.
• Enter employee data, scan documents into the CID system and regularly update the database.
• Establish and maintain filing systems, business contact databases, and follow up on pending items and personal employee files.

Required profile

• Degree in a related discipline with prior experience in HR administration preferred.
• Computer literate with proficiency in a computerized payroll system.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Helpful, self‑motivated, positive attitude and strong social skills.
• Demonstrates competencies such as responsibility, adaptability, teamwork and customer focus.
