Human Resources Manager – Saudi National Only

About the role

As the Human Resources Manager for a Le Méridien property in Al Khobar, you will lead the HR function to support daily operations, recruitment, compensation and employee development. The role ensures HR services meet employee needs, comply with Saudi regulations and contribute to the hotel’s business success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, attending job fairs, and coordinating with external vendors to attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Administer employee benefits and unemployment claims, audit reports, and represent the property at hearings.
• Oversee employee development by delivering orientation, cross‑training, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Maintain employee relations through communication channels, progressive discipline, and coordination with loss‑prevention for incident investigations.
• Ensure legal and compliance practices such as proper record‑keeping, privacy compliance, safety policy communication, workers‑compensation management and participation in safety committees.

Required profile

• Education: High school diploma/GED with 3 years HR experience, or an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 1 year experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, benefits administration, employee development, and compliance within a hospitality or similar environment.
