About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to support our daily HR operations in Riyadh. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, contracts, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
- Update employee records and HR databases.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and respond to HR inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Support payroll preparation with accurate attendance data.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and overall HR functions.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
