About the role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking experienced professionals to serve as Industry Career Coaches. In this fully remote, part‑time position you will guide students through 1:1 online sessions, helping them explore academic and career pathways across a wide range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual online coaching sessions with students.
• Share real‑world insights about your industry, career path and day‑to‑day realities.
• Help students understand academic options and potential career routes.
• Motivate and encourage learners toward suitable study and career choices.
• Provide structured, honest, and engaging career advice.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of professional experience in your field.
• Background in education, coaching, mentoring or training (preferred or demonstrated).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding younger generations.
