Inside Sales Engineer

About the role

This position is responsible for delivering high‑level service to customers by managing RFQs and orders from receipt through to delivery, coordinating with engineering, purchasing and manufacturing to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RFQs and orders, keeping customers updated on developments and proactively handling issues.
• Quote RFQs, interpret requirements accurately, and negotiate delivery or special terms with customers and internal teams.
• Execute customer orders, reviewing contracts and collaborating with factory and engineering to ensure correct delivery.
• Work with the Quality department to resolve customer quality complaints and manage expectations through to resolution.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Good technical, mechanical and electrical actuator knowledge.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with electric and pneumatic actuator products.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent degree.
