Inspector – Road and Sidewalk Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an Inspector to oversee road and sidewalk maintenance projects. The role involves ensuring that all construction and maintenance works meet the required quality standards from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the quality of ongoing construction and maintenance works across all project stages.
• Prepare daily reports highlighting deficiencies, improper execution, and site observations.
• Conduct field inspections and produce photographic reports to verify contractors’ work complies with approved specifications and standards.
• Follow up on corrective actions, inspect rectification works, and confirm closure of defects and outstanding comments.
• Supervise field activities and provide technical oversight for asphalt layer works to ensure proper execution and compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising road and sidewalk maintenance.
• Proven ability to prepare detailed reports and conduct thorough field inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
