Installation Manager

About the role

Mace is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale audiovisual, lighting and integrated show systems for a major mixed‑use development in Saudi Arabia. The role will act as the client‑side representative, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design coordination to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Direct planning and execution of AV, lighting and show system packages.
• Serve as the primary interface with consultants, contractors, system integrators and vendors.
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements and lead project meetings and reporting.
• Supervise installation, ensuring compliance with design intent and integration with civil, MEP and fit‑out works.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover, managing snagging and defect resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing AV, lighting or integrated systems on large‑scale projects such as stadiums, theme parks or cultural venues.
• Previous work in the Middle East, preferably in a client‑side or PMC role.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate in fast‑paced mega‑project environments.
• Valid visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
