Interface and Administration Manager

About the role

Egis, a global consulting and engineering firm active in construction, transport and mobility services, is looking for an experienced Interface and Administration Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees system interfaces and administrative operations, acting as a key liaison between technical teams and end-users to drive efficiency and support organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain system interfaces for performance, security and user accessibility across organizational platforms
• Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, resource allocation and process documentation
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for interface issues with IT and business teams
• Develop SOPs for interface management and administrative workflows
• Coordinate user onboarding and training programs
• Monitor system performance metrics and generate analytical reports
• Manage stakeholder communications and gather requirements
• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Customize and configure interfaces, maintain configuration documentation and conduct regular compliance audits

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in system administration, interface management or related administrative roles
• Leadership experience supervising and mentoring administrative teams
• Experience developing training materials and conducting user onboarding
• Familiarity with system integration and multi-platform environments
