Interface Manager

About the role

The Interface Manager will lead coordination across multiple disciplines on a flagship mega‑infrastructure project in Riyadh. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure seamless integration of interchanges, bridges and road networks, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, track and resolve interface issues between design, construction, procurement and external agencies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive interface management plans and documentation.
• Prepare regular progress and risk reports for senior leadership, highlighting mitigation actions.
• Facilitate communication workshops and coordination meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Engage with government bodies, community representatives and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in large‑scale infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in an interface management role.
• Proven experience working in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East.
• Saudi nationality preferred.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
