IT Deskside Support Engineer – Riyadh (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi National IT Deskside Support Engineer to join our Riyadh office on a 12‑month contract. The role involves providing on‑site, hands‑on support to end users, ensuring that hardware, software, and peripheral issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 deskside support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other peripherals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents on site.
• Perform IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, De‑install) activities for end‑user devices.
• Handle OS installations, re‑imaging, encryption, driver updates and application deployments.
• Process incident and service request tickets via the ITSM system and keep users informed.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 or specialised teams as needed.
• Support user onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring device setup and access readiness.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for hardware repairs, replacements and warranty claims.

Required profile

• Saudi national with the right to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience or equivalent practical exposure.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and manage multiple tasks.
