IT Manager II – Operations Tech Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the Operations Tech Solutions team in a high‑tempo fulfillment environment. You will ensure the reliability of hardware, software, servers and infrastructure that keep the center running 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure to Amazon’s policies and Health & Safety standards.
• Coordinate trouble tickets, change management and meet strict Service Level Agreements.
• Oversee IT projects, track progress and ensure delivery of technical tasks.
• Drive IT ownership across the team, produce effective reports and improve internal customer satisfaction.
• Develop, manage and track the IT budget throughout its lifecycle.
• Schedule staff, manage shifts and lead a multi‑disciplinary IT team.
• Promote continuous improvement of IT processes and support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years leading technology teams as an IT operations manager.
• 5+ years overall IT experience.

Required skills

• Linux or Unix systems administration.
• Knowledge of hardware architectures.
• Experience with system management tools.
• Familiarity with client/server environments.
