IT Manager / IT Lead – Jeddah

About the role

The IT Manager / IT Lead will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations in Jeddah, ensuring that the organization’s technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. This senior position reports directly to senior management and leads a team of IT professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technical support.
• Develop and enforce IT strategies, policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee vendor relationships, project delivery, budgeting, licensing, and technology services.
• Ensure business‑critical systems are secure, available, and performant.
• Mentor and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience.
• Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of information security, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
