About the role

Madain is seeking an experienced IT Officer to support its technical team in Riyadh. The role focuses on end‑user support, system maintenance, Microsoft technologies, network reliability, backups, and information security.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT and technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 services.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, backups, and information security.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining system reliability and supporting business operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and technical support.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, information security, and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Firewall, and VPN technologies is preferred.
