About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations & Support Senior Specialist to deliver technical assistance to internal teams. The role ensures that employees have secure, functional hardware and software, acting as the central point of contact for IT service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve help‑desk tickets related to hardware, software, and access issues.
• Provision, configure, and secure laptops and user accounts.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory and enforce endpoint security policies.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate IT support.
• CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation certification.
