IT Project Manager PMO

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on IT PMO Lead to drive execution across a portfolio of enterprise programs in Jeddah. This is an onsite, six‑month fixed‑term role focused on delivering infrastructure, applications and transformation initiatives from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Run the IT PMO for multiple concurrent programs, overseeing infrastructure, applications and transformation workstreams.
• Own and maintain RAID logs, RAG status reports and steering‑committee packs, ensuring they are current and actionable.
• Drive project intake, prioritisation, budget tracking and vendor/contract performance with disciplined governance.
• Align distributed teams, proactively surface risks and keep delivery on track.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting for CXO‑level audiences.
• Coordinate across business units, enterprise architects and system integrators to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of solid IT project/program management experience with a track record of end‑to‑end execution.
• Experience managing large budgets, multi‑vendor environments and senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on proficiency with PPM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet or ServiceNow PPM.
• At least one recognised certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, ITIL).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
• Valid KSA work permit (Iqama) and immediate availability.
