IT Specialist (Mid-Level)

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Specialist to join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our digital infrastructure, providing essential technical support, and maintaining the high standards of security and efficiency required in a professional legal environment.

Main Missions

• Provide comprehensive technical support (hardware and software) to all users.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, networks, printers, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Administer Windows operating systems and Office 365 environments.
• Monitor systems and ensure rapid resolution of technical incidents.
• Enforce information security policies and manage data backup procedures.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle regarding IT: configuring devices/access for new hires and securing data/access during offboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, coordinating telecommunications and technical services.
• Handle IT procurement, including hardware and technical equipment acquisition.
• Prepare periodic IT performance reports and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Adobe software suites.
• Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection.
