IT Supervisor / Manager (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Avensys is seeking an IT Supervisor/Manager for its Dammam office in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing and implementing a group‑wide IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure, managing ERP systems, ensuring cybersecurity, and leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group‑wide IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across all entities.
• Oversee all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage IT support services, helpdesk operations, and incident management.
• Supervise IT vendors and outsourced service providers.
• Manage ERP systems and business applications, ensuring integration and data consistency.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and enforce information security policies, conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response planning.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, identify automation opportunities, and promote data‑driven decision‑making.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, optimize costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including managerial roles.
• Experience in multi‑entity or holding‑group structures is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are advantageous.
• Eligibility to work as a Saudi national.
