IT Supervisor – Saudi Arabia

About the role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for an IT Supervisor to ensure reliable hardware and seamless software across its Saudi properties. You will install new systems, maintain security standards, and support hotel teams with the tools they need to deliver first‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for computer hardware servicing and system installations.
• Report regularly to the General Manager, Director of Finance, Business Support, and Area IT Leader.
• Stay current with approved technologies, from LAN infrastructure to POS systems.
• Maintain hardware and software performance, enforce digital and physical security standards, and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Conduct knowledge‑sharing and training sessions for hotel staff.
• Protect the IT infrastructure against cyber‑threats.

Required profile

• Diploma or vocational certificate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in computer set‑up and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of networks, operating systems, and databases.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
