Junior Talent Partner – Fixed Term

About the role

ABB is seeking a Junior Talent Partner to join its Talent Acquisition team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead (MEA), you will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process and help shape the employer brand across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions and geographies, ensuring alignment with ABB policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategy and market best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and service delivery, including participation in design projects and pilots.
• Develop and implement country‑specific employer branding initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service level performance, and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Own financial planning and budget management for talent acquisition activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to offer closure.
• Strong understanding of business environments and current industry trends.
• Proven ability to lead, consult, and influence stakeholders while delivering high‑quality customer service.
