Kids Club Attendant – Recreation Services

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant ensures a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages at our resort’s recreation facilities. You will be the primary point of contact for guests using pools, beaches, game rooms, fitness centers, and the children’s activity centre.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about all recreation amenities and assist guests in selecting activities.
• Register, schedule, and encourage guest participation in recreational programs.
• Maintain safety standards, monitor activities, and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process equipment rentals, and manage facility fees.
• Assist with private functions, group events, and special activities within the recreation areas.
• Perform routine cleaning, equipment checks, and report any hazards or incidents.
• Deliver courteous service, support guests with disabilities, and uphold company appearance standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift items up to 25 kg unaided.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic cash handling and transaction processing.
