Learning Area Manager – Fulfillment Center (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Learning Area Manager to join the Fulfillment Center Operations Learning team in Saudi Arabia. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and focuses on driving network‑wide learning initiatives, coaching warehouse associates, and partnering closely with Operations to enhance performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Associates, managing their deployment, development, and productivity.
• Design, implement, and deliver training programs for associates, managers, and trainers.
• Partner with corporate departments to influence safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics.
• Provide daily coaching and on‑the‑job support to warehouse staff.
• Analyze compliance data and ensure daily and weekly learning targets are met.

Required profile

• Saudi national, able to work onsite in an Amazon Fulfillment Center.
• Hands‑on, data‑driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent presentation, persuasion, and influencing skills without formal authority.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and ability to translate that knowledge into effective learning solutions.
