Learning & Development Supervisor

About the role

As a Learning & Development Supervisor at a leading hotel brand, you will design and deliver training programs that empower team members to provide exceptional guest experiences. You will align learning initiatives with corporate goals, ensuring every employee has the skills and knowledge to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs covering topics such as harassment‑free workplace, diversity, orientation, leadership, and service excellence.
• Conduct regular meetings with department managers and trainers to review performance trends, develop action plans, and recognize achievements.
• Assess existing training initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions tailored to departmental needs.
• Track, maintain, and audit individual training records using designated systems.
• Manage department‑specific programs including alcohol awareness, food safety, job‑skill checklists, and educational assistance.
• Supervise and coach team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR, with a proven record of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
