Learning Operations / Automation Manager

About the role

Noon Academy is looking for a Learning Operations / Automation Manager to lead the science content engine for its Saudi Arabia market. You will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of biology and chemistry curricula, ensuring that high‑quality content is produced on schedule and meets the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of four Design Leads (Biology, Chemistry, Middle‑School Science, International Bio & Chem) and associated content creators.
• Own the science content roadmap, planning what gets built each term and tracking progress.
• Conduct capacity and production planning to align resources with delivery targets.
• Coordinate quality assurance, feedback loops, and continuous improvement of the content pipeline.
• Handle hiring, performance reviews, and professional development for the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading curriculum delivery or learning operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Experience in edtech or education‑focused environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
