Learning Program Manager

About the role

Noon Academy is seeking a Learning Program Manager to lead the Qudurat and Tahsili hybrid learning programs across 28 schools in Riyadh, with plans to expand to over 100 schools nationwide. This full‑time, Riyadh‑based role combines pedagogical leadership, data‑driven decision‑making, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver a best‑in‑class learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the learning strategy for Qudurat and Tahsili, aligning with national exam frameworks and student success metrics.
• Design, implement, and iterate a hybrid, AI‑enabled learning ecosystem that improves student performance.
• Act as the central liaison between teachers, content creators, school principals, product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Drive teacher development, curriculum excellence, and measurable student outcomes.
• Ensure instructional practices and assessments meet national standards while leveraging peer‑to‑peer learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in educational program management or curriculum design.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform instructional decisions.
