Learning Specialist – L&D & Culture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced L&D & Culture Specialist to join our HR Strategy – OD & Talent Management team. The role will support the execution of the Group‑wide learning agenda across multiple business sectors, focusing on training coordination, content development, facilitation, LMS administration and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training programs, schedules, nominations and logistics.
• Develop training materials, facilitator guides, e‑learning content and assessments.
• Facilitate assigned training programs and workshops.
• Administer the LMS, maintain training records, attendance, certificates and learning data.
• Analyze training evaluations, knowledge‑gain results and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Support culture and employee engagement surveys and related initiatives.
• Coordinate with external training providers, universities and accredited institutes.
• Ensure learning documentation, data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination or a related HR function.
• Experience in training content/material development and assessment design.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and training evaluation.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent organization, coordination, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
